What amazing customer service! A pod device failed after only 3 weeks, so I contacted TECC who were very apologetic (though not their fault) and they sent me a replacement the very next day. Included in the package was a pre-paid return envelope, so no cost to me. How's that for service?

I have ordered from them several times and had no problems and had a couple of good deals. One of my Pods did not work when I took it out of the packet, I contacted Hollie on the live chat and she was helpful and offered to send me a replacement straight away, I couldnt ask for a better solution, very happy with them.

I always shop here for my vape needs. So I purchased my son a vape kit, it was meant to come with 2 free oils but didn't, also a burnt out coil but after contacting them and speaking to Hollie..who was VERY helpful I am now getting sent out the oils aswell as a pack of coils..EXCELLENT 5stars all the way x

I was absolutely amazed with the service I received this morning from Hollie.
Having received a faulty mod (it happens) I was prepared to pay for another one whilst waiting for a refund on the return of the other but she said she would happily send another at no charge and I could return the faulty one in the prepaid envelope that would be sent with it.
Obviously this is very trusting of them and I'm very impressed! Brilliant customer service.

The Electronic Cigarette Company is an absolutely fantastic site for everything vape related. There is an amazing array of choice in terms of equipment and e-liquids. They even have a wide selection of detailed and comprehensive vaping guides, which for a novice like me, are enormously helpful. Their pricing is very competitive and deliveries arrive reliably and promptly. Their customer service (which inspired me to write this review) is SECOND TO NONE! They answer the phone quickly and don’t leave you dangling on the line for ages. Their service staff are very friendly, polite and OH SO HELPFUL! They have not only helped me give up a very heavy smoking habit, but they have seen me through lockdown and never let me down. I’d like to give a big shout out to Stuart who is one of the best customer service reps I have ever encountered. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great company, always reliable with accuracy of orders and usually receive the goods the next day. Hollie in particular was extremely helpful with getting my very specific order sorted for me. Highly recommended!

Being new to vaping, I wanted some advice before I decided what to buy so decided to call them and was delighted to speak with Hollie who is very knowledgeable about the products. She’s an absolute delight to talk to and she took the time to go through a few things with me. I’ve kept my business with this company as they are a joy to deal with and so easy to reorder. They are competitively priced and it’s always lovely to chat to Hollie again.
